Proposed Desired Future Conditions (DFC) for Joint Planning

Information on the proposed DFCs can be found on Presidio County Underground Water Conservation District’s website homepage, www.PCUWCD.org, and can be viewed in person at the Brewster County GCD Office.

The public comment period is open for 90 Days from May 11, 2026 to August 10, 2026. Comments can be emailed to GeneralManager@BrewsterCountyGCD.com or mailed to Brewster County GCD PO Box 465, Alpine, TX 79831.

The mission of the Brewster County Groundwater Conservation District is to manage, protect, and conserve the groundwater resources, while protecting the property rights and promoting constructive and sustainable development in Brewster County.
